Trends Report

While addressing consumer concerns, our team continuously monitors and analyzes the topics being raised by consumers. Last year, we began reporting on these industry trends.
Between July and December 2025, several recurring themes emerged, but we are most encouraged by one area that has received significant attention in recent years. While overall case volumes have increased, the proportion related to claims processing delays has steadily declined over the past two years, indicating meaningful improvement in that area.

This new program is designed to help professionals build their legal knowledge, ethical judgment, and governance skills.
The session led by Penny and April focused on board culture as a strategic asset, how trust is built and sustained, why constructive dissent is essential, the importance of clear roles and boundaries, and how culture shapes the board’s response to crisis.
